Reddi serves as the Director (Derivatives) of the Company. He has 15 years of experience in forex trading, derivative trading, treasury audit and training in banks, brokerages and investment firms. He is also the Chief Executive of The Derivative Group, Chennai, a consultancy firm in derivatives, risk management and training.

He also serves as a visiting faculty at many business schools and bank training centers in foreign exchange and international finance, securities analysis, derivative and risk management.

He has authored the popular book “OPTIONS: Pricing, Hedging and Trading”
